ENERGY HEALING

Energy Healing is a holistic practice focused on rebalancing and harmonizing your energy. The session aims to support a greater sense of vitality and serenity through chakra harmonization, the release of energetic blockages and the reactivation of your natural energy flow.
What to expect
Your session begins with a private 5–10 minute conversation to discuss what you are currently experiencing and what you would like to address.
You will then remain comfortably seated while the energy treatment is performed through gentle hand placement on specific areas, including the head, back, solar plexus and navel.
At the end of the treatment, you will be encouraged to drink a glass of water and take a few moments to relax before leaving.

FIRE HEALING
Traditional spiritual care focused on areas of physical discomfort.
Fire Healing is a traditional spiritual practice intended to provide energetic support for areas affected by discomfort, including burns, injuries and certain skin concerns such as eczema or psoriasis.
What to expect
The treatment lasts approximately 30 minutes and is performed while you are comfortably seated.
The session involves focused hand placement and an energetic cleansing practice directed toward the area of discomfort. No creams or topical products are applied during the treatment.
Depending on the extent of the affected area, a second session may sometimes be suggested as part of the traditional practice.
You will be encouraged to drink a glass of water following your session.

MEDIUMSHIP & SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE
Spiritual insight and guidance during life’s questions and transitions.
Mediumship sessions provide a private space for spiritual exploration, guidance and reflection, particularly during periods of change, uncertainty or when you are seeking answers on a deeper level.
What to expect
During the session, we sit opposite one another in a calm and confidential environment.
I connect intuitively with your energy and the spiritual realm. When a spiritual presence is perceived, I communicate the impressions or messages that arise and share them with you.
Where appropriate within my spiritual practice, the session may also involve helping a spiritual presence move toward peace, love and light.
At the end of the session, you will be encouraged to drink a glass of water and allow yourself a moment to reflect on the experience.

LOCATION & HOME VISITS
All sessions are normally provided at my home in a private and peaceful setting.
If you are unable to travel, treatments can also be provided at your home, subject to location and availability.
